Youthscape
Transforming lives through innovative youth work.
Youthscape is a national charity on a mission to transform youth work. What started as a local charity supporting youth work in churches in Luton, is now a national charity delivering training, resources, research and support to youth leaders. Seraph has partnered with Youthscape for nearly a decade building its online presence and provision. That includes multiple websites including one for a summer event for young people.
That includes multiple websites including one for a summer event for young people that now operates across the entirety of the UK.
When communicating with young people, your website is your most important asset. Seraph were asked to work with the existing Youthscape designers from Balcony to develop a website that could reach a wider audience more effectively.
Youthscape now has a feature-rich website that allows them to communicate directly with young people and youth leaders through training games, videos, and blogs, as well as providing access to live events through a powerful event ticketing system.
The ecommerce system means Youtscape can distribute a range of products and games to help youth workers, schools and other charities engage with young people on important topics.

"For nearly ten years Seraph have been vital to our growth as a charity, providing excellent technical and strategic support enabling us to expand our reach in innovative ways. They’ve transformed our online presence, allowing us to provide a sophisticated online store and ticketing system for our resources and events. They’ve enabled us to develop two new websites in addition to our main platform, a liveblog to support our audience in the height of the pandemic, and continually opened the door to new upgrades. We really rate their consistent dependability and prompt delivery, and the fact that they really care about helping us transform young people’s lives. Seraph have been a loyal partner for the long-haul, helping us both refine our goals and reach them."
