Snow Holiday and Snow Cab are an established multinational tour operator, travel agent and transport fleet. They first approached Seraph, wanting to increase the number of guests accessing their services. Seraph worked with them to create a brand strategy, PR, digital transformation of their back-office systems, an integrated marketing and sales strategy with associated marketing collateral, media buying, and sub-brand launches.
Seraph has created two booking holiday websites for Snow Holiday and Snow Cab, implementing user experience design techniques to offer the best possible online service for customers from enquiry to booking, up-selling extras and beyond. We also worked on social media strategy, creating digital assets for sharing as well as an animated video to introduce the company. In addition, we have developed a comprehensive and joined-up approach, including a print campaign in the Telegraph and having a strong presence at the London Ski and Snowboard Festival.
